What is Toone?
Toone is a native macOS workspace for projects that use AI agents: specialised agents, the repeatable routines they run, and the tools and knowledge they share, kept together in one place.
Who is Toone for?
Anyone on a Mac with complex, multi-step work that comes back every week or month: operators, researchers, marketers, founders and creators. You bring your own Claude Code or Codex, turn the work into a routine, and watch, pause, edit and review each run.
Do I need an existing subscription?
Yes. Toone works with your own OpenAI or Anthropic subscription and connects to it during setup. There is no separate model plan to buy from us.
Is there a learning curve?
A small one. You describe agents and routines in natural language, and the guided setup takes you from install to a first routine run in about fifteen minutes. The Explore page also has reviewed routines and bundles you can open in Toone and adapt.
Is it safe?
Toone runs on your Mac. Your provider credentials and project files stay with you, every run is visible while it happens, and routines can pause for your approval before sensitive steps. Routines and bundles shared in Explore are reviewed before they are listed.
How do I get access?
Request early access with your email. Access is offered by invitation.
Can I keep using my existing app?
Yes. Existing account holders can continue signing in with their usual method.
How do invitations work?
Redeem your personal code on the website to create an email and password account, then use it in the desktop app.
