You need the Toone app, signed in, with a project open. Routines from Explore are added to your organization in that project. If you don't have Toone yet, it is currently available by invitation: request access.

If you haven't set up a project, follow Create your first project first.

1. Find the routine

Start wherever is convenient.

On the web. Browse Explore and open a routine or bundle. Choose Use this routine (some pages label it Open in Toone). Your browser hands the listing to the Toone app, which switches to Explore and opens it. If the app isn't installed, the page takes you to the access request instead.
In the app. Click the Routines icon in the left rail and choose Explore. Search, or switch between All, Routines and Bundles, then open a listing.

2. Review the listing

Read what the routine produces, who it is for, how it works and what it needs from you. The Prepared during setup section lists what Toone will ask for or find on your behalf. Works with lists tools that must be connected.

If you would rather adapt the routine before using it, open the … menu and choose Create editable branch. Toone adds it as a draft you can change with an agent, and it won't run until you publish it. To share a listing with someone, choose Copy link from the same menu.

3. Choose Use this routine

Toone opens a setup conversation called Set up · (routine name) in the main chat, with a checklist that shows progress. The setup assistant then:

places the routine in a department of your organization, creating one if nothing fits, and tells you where it went;
adds the routine with the agents and Skills it comes with, without overwriting anything you already have;
fills each input from your project, or from the listing's default, where it can.

You only get a question card for inputs it couldn't resolve, one at a time and with a suggested answer. Your answers are saved and reused on every run.

4. Connect anything that's missing

If the routine needs a tool that isn't connected yet, the checklist shows a Connect row with where to connect it in Settings. Connect it yourself, then choose Check connections again. The setup assistant never enters credentials or creates accounts for you.

5. Run it now or later

When everything is ready, Toone asks whether to run the routine now or later. Choose Run it now to start the first run, or Later to keep it ready in your routines. Either way it now lives in your organization like any routine you built yourself, so you can run, schedule and edit it.

Adding a bundle

A bundle page shows The routines inside. Choose Use this bundle to open Add to your organization, then:

Tick the routines you want.
Pick the Department they should go into.
Confirm that you reviewed the included routines, agents, Skills and files.
Choose Add to organization, or Create editable branches if you want draft copies to adapt first.

Bundles are added in one step, without the setup conversation. Each routine then needs its own setup before it runs:

Open each routine from the Routines panel and choose Setup. Toone starts the same setup conversation described above for that routine.
Scheduling stays off until you set the routine up.
If a run pauses because setup is missing, choose Open Setup, finish it, then choose Resume.

Checkpoint

The routine appears under Routines in the department the setup assistant named, and its inputs are filled in. If you chose Run it now, the run is already visible there.
