Explore: a library of reviewed routines you can add to Toone

Explore is Toone's public library of reviewed AI routines and bundles. See what a listing shows, how setup works, and the first bundle for product launches.

Explore is now open on the web and in the Toone app. It is a public library of routines that other people built for their own work, reviewed by Toone, and ready to add to your organization. Instead of designing every routine from an empty page, you can start from one that already describes the job, the agents involved and what it needs from you.

This post explains what Explore is, what a listing tells you before you add anything, and how the first bundle, Product Launch Essentials, fits together.

What Explore is

A routine in Toone is a repeatable job written in natural language: an input, the agents responsible, the steps and approvals that matter, and the output that has to exist when the run ends. You can read more about that model in AI agent routines and the Routines feature guide.

Explore is where those routines can be shared. Each listing is a working routine, or a bundle of routines, that someone ran for their own work and then published. Every submission goes through review before it appears, and Toone checks the shared copy for secrets, private data and unsafe instructions. Listings are free to use.

You can browse the same catalog in two places: on the web at Explore, and inside the app under Routines › Explore.

Routines and bundles

A routine is one job, such as researching launch sites or turning a brief into reviewed content. It can bring the agents, Skills and smaller sub-routines it needs.

A bundle groups two or more routines that belong together. Each routine in a bundle is reviewed on its own, and the bundle only goes live once all of them are approved. Some routines are listed only inside their bundle, so the catalog stays focused on complete outcomes.

What a listing tells you before you add it

Every listing is written to answer one question: does this fit my work? It explains:

  • the outcome the routine produces and who it is for;
  • how the work is broken into steps and which agents do them;
  • what it needs from you before it can run, such as a website address, a brief or a connected tool;
  • what setup will prepare on your behalf, and which Toone version it requires.

Read those sections first. They tell you whether a routine fits before you change anything in your organization.

The first bundle: Product Launch Essentials

The first bundle on Explore comes from our own launch work. It pairs two routines.

Launch Surface Preparation starts from an editable catalog of 20 candidate launch sites, including Product Hunt, BetaList and Peerlist. For the sites you select, it checks current eligibility, costs and submission rules, prepares only the accounts and profiles you explicitly authorize, and writes site-specific plans and unpublished drafts. Sites that are blocked or unsuitable for your product stay visible in the report, so you can see why.

Launch Content Production turns an approved launch brief and your product facts into a reviewed content package, with source-backed claims, a clear audience and explicit conditions for publication. It never publishes or sends anything on its own.

Both routines keep you in charge of what goes live. They prepare, research and draft; you decide what gets submitted and when.

How adding a routine works

When a listing fits, choose Use this routine on the web or in the app. Toone opens a setup conversation that places the routine in a department of your organization, adds its agents and Skills without overwriting anything you already have, and fills its inputs from your project wherever it can. You only get a question for what it cannot find, one at a time, with a suggested answer.

If you would rather adapt a routine first, create an editable branch instead. Toone adds it as a draft that you can change with an agent and publish when it is ready.

For bundles, choose Use this bundle, tick the routines you want and pick a department. Each routine then gets its own setup before its first run. The full walkthrough is in Import a routine from Explore.

Share your own

When one of your routines works well, you can share it from the Organization tab: right-click it and choose Share…. A Share assistant prepares a separate public copy, so your own routine is never changed, replaces personal files with placeholders, writes the public page and cover, and asks you only what it needs. The steps are in Share a routine on Explore.

Try it

Toone is currently available by invitation. If you already use it, open Routines › Explore in the app. If not, request access, then browse Explore to see which routines would fit your work.
